Prior to recording Be Terrible in early 2017, I thought it might be nice to share a bit of 23rd December 2016 with you, a little rough around the edges and without any grand formality.

I'm originally from Norwich, and a couple of years back my parents moved to Hellesdon, sort of on the outskirts. They have a pretty nice music room in their new place, which my Dad uses for his work as a guitar teacher, and my Mum uses to play piano (she accompanies choirs and things). It also sometimes serves as my bedroom.

Christmas 2016, my Dad and I spent an afternoon recording a lot of my songs that he hadn't heard for various reasons (living at opposite ends of the country for one) and this is a small selection of those, some of which will be fleshed out and included on a more album shaped item further down the line.
